Place your order
Fill in the order form and pay via PayPal. Leave your WhatsApp or Instagram nick — we'll reach out to confirm the colors and details before we start.
Personal contact
Once your order is in, we'll confirm your color combination, shipping address, and any notes.

Your piece is made
Production takes 7–10 business days.
Before it ships, you'll receive a photo. If anything's off — we'll fix it before sending.

It ships to you
We'll carefully pack your piece and ship it. Once it's on the way, you'll receive a tracking number.

Quality guarantee
If there's a quality issue when the piece arrives — stitching, hardware, leather — write us within 2 weeks. We'll repair it at no cost.
